This method is similar to pour-over, however most of the work is done for you by the brewer. This is an effective and easy way to get a tasty cup of coffee.

Using the digital scale, weigh your coffee. For this specific brewing method we recommend keeping a 1:17 ratio. This means that for every 45 grams of coffee to 750 grams of water.

2.
Start the process by placing the filter inside the coffee basket (tip: damp all corners with hot water this will eliminate any paper residue and order. Discard the hot water and place the coffee into the filter inside the basket.)

3.
Give the coffee basket a little shake in order to distribute the coffee evenly across the flat bottom. Now place the basket back into your drip machine.

4.
Separately, measure the water (750 g) before pouring it into the coffee machine.

5.
Pour measured water into the drip coffee brewer.
That is it!
