At Roasted Coffee Express we thrive in developing the perfect coffee. We learn that by roasting in small batches we can create one of a kind coffee that can be replicate in every bag assuring a delicious cup every time.

We will send you a notification when your orders has shipped. It can take up to 48 hours for it to be shipped out. Our coffee is freshly roasted every time and shipped to you as soon as possible.
We ship via UPS and USPS Monday – Friday.
If you do not received an order confirmation within 48 hours, please let us know at info@roastedcoffeeexpress.com

Making our customers happy is our number one priority, therefore we handle each return in a case by case bases. We are proud of every batch we roasted and want our customers to feel the same quality in every purchase. 

HOW ABOUT OUR COFFEES?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, if you are not happy with your coffee purchase please contact us for a replacement bag within 30 days of your order date.

MERCHANDISE AND BREW GEAR

We want your experience in our store to be the best, please reach out within 30 days of your purchase for all returns and exchanges. All returned items must be unused with all the packaging contents and in its original package. For gear occurring after 30 days please contact the manufacturer directly. 

ONLINE ORDER

Don’t worry if you entered the wrong address. We will cover the cost of replacing the order but ask you to cover the shipping cost.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Contact us as soon as you notice your shipment is missing. We’ll have a replacement for you right away.For any damaged shipments, let us know within the first 7 days of receiving the order and we will gladly send you a replacement.Please if possible, share a photo of the damaged item & box with us.
